Men’s National Team Development Weekends – Are You Ready to Step Up?
If you're a floorball player with serious goals, a strong work ethic, and the drive to compete at the highest level—this is for you.
Floorball New Zealand is launching two Men’s National Team Development Weekends, designed to identify, develop, and connect players who want to work towards representing Aotearoa on the international stage for future campaigns.
Led by newly appointed Head Coach Christian Bertschinger and his coaching team, these weekends are an opportunity for players aged 16 and up to gain insights into the future direction of the national programme—and what it takes to be part of it.
What to expect:
Meet and train under the new national coaching team
Learn about the Men’s Team goals, game plan, and pathway
Receive individual feedback on your skills, fitness, and game IQ
Train in team tactics, individual development, and high-performance habits
Walk away with feedback that focused on your development towards your goal of representing New Zealand Men’s.
This is more than just a training weekend. It’s a chance to show your commitment, connect with the coaching team, and see how you stack up on the path toward future national selection.

Cost:
$55 for Floorball New Zealand licensed players for the weekend
$80 for unlicensed players for the weekend
$30 per day for Floorball New Zealand licensed player for specific day of attendance only.
$45 per day for unlicensed players for specific day of attendance only.
